Less Frequently Asked Questions
Where are Jambys made?
Jambys are crafted in Ensenada, Mexico, labeled and packaged in Los Angeles, and designed in Brooklyn. Some of the fabric is made in Mexico City, and some of it is made in Los Angeles. Do all of these places happen to be wonderful places for a “work trip"? Yes. But they also make some darn nice Jambys.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 states, and our goal is to sell Jambys all over the world. If you're not in the states, email us (email@example.com
) so we know where to go next. And you'll be like, the first person in that country with Jambys.
Can I return my Jambys?
Your first pair has a 77 day, no-questions-asked guarantee. It’s hard to convey just how soft and comfortable Jambys are just by looking at them. So we wanted you to be able to try them risk-free. So go ahead. Spend 11 Sundays hanging out all day in ‘em. Spend 11 Mondays throwing them on after work. Spend 11 Tuesdays....you get the idea.
Can I exchange my Jambys?
With our 77-day guarantee, we’ll happily swap out that first pair. If it's a sizing issue, make sure to check out our sizing chart. You can even shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
if you're unsure. If you feel like you’re in-between, don’t worry — the elastic is super forgiving. Go up a size, and they’ll fit a little closer to shorts. Go down a size, and they’ll fit a little closer to boxers.
Who started Jambys?
We’re two friends who asked: what if we made something that was built only for wearing at home? Then we asked all of our friends what they wore at home and to sleep. We heard some crazy answers that haunt us to this day. But in the process, we realized that most of the stuff worn was also meant to be worn somewhere else — athleisure or sweatpants or underwear that wasn’t really built to be worn on its own. What if we made a unisex short built just for the home?
Will they come in more colors?
Absolutely. We’re gonna make so many colors, you'll come back to us asking if we can make less colors. Do you have an idea for a color or pattern? Let us know. If we make it, maybe you'll get a sweet discount.
