Where are Jambys made?

Jambys are made in the USA and designed in Brooklyn and Scotland.
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states, and our goal is to sell Jambys all over the world. If you're not in the states, email us (hello@jambys.com) so we know where to go next. And you'll be like, the first person in that country with Jambys.
Can I return my Jambys?

You can access our sizing portal here: Returns Portal. Instead of a standard 30-day returns window where you can't wash or wear the clothing, your Jambys order has a 77 day, no-questions-asked guarantee.

It's hard to feel how unique a fabric is over the internet, so we make it as easy as possible to see for yourself, risk free. So go ahead. Spend 77 days feeling them for yourself. If they aren't after 11 super-relaxing Sundays, they're not for you, we'll even pay for your return shipping.
How do I wash and care for my Jambys?

Care instructions: cold wash, dry on low heat. For bonus points, make sure the Jambys aren't inside out before placing in the laundry to avoid other garments catching on the French Terry loops inside.
